1and1 Web Hosting Review

 in this review i'm going to be reviewing

one and one web hosting they are a very

heavily advertised company on the

television right now and they offer a

lot of resources for people that are

trying to start a website including a

website builder which is actually pretty

easy to use you can even register your

domain names with them and of course

they offer every sort of web hosting

package you could want now this means

you could get a shared VPS dedicated and

even cloud hosting with them if you want

one thing I should mention is checking

with the ripoffreport.com i have found

95 reports from people that are unhappy

with their service and a lot of these

have to do with billing and customer

support furthermore I'd check with the

Better Business Bureau and found that

they are not actually accredited with

them and they do have over a thousand

complaints filed against them on the

Better Business Bureau actually the

exact number is 1103 and most of these

complaints are from billing and

collection issues but they do also have

318 problems with their services now

another thing I need to mention is one

in one has absolutely horrible customer

support I stumbled across the site Simon

Jones fo com he was a previous customer

there's and actually took the time to

record his 14 calls to them

which you can listen to and you

basically learn that they're not very

helpful at all their customer support is

all outsourced to India and it's just no

help at all you're you're not going to

get anywhere with one in one in terms of
